Steve Bratcher

Vice President, Business Development

Steve is a responsive, customer-focused business development professional who collaborates with clients to solve problems they face in their businesses through creative solutions. After serving four years in the Marine Corps, Steve began his financial services career with ITT Commercial Finance. He gained experience in various business sectors, including collateral management, credit underwriting, sales support, and field sales.

Over the next 27 years, his sales career took him to Deutsche Bank, Textron Financial, Cessna Finance, NextGear Capital, and Northpoint Commercial Finance, where prior to Red Oak Inventory Finance, he was Director of Business Development in the southeast U.S.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Warner University.
