Rick Schadt

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Rick Schadt brings 35 years of dealer channel experience from the manufacturing side, having held leadership roles at Mercury Marine and Briggs & Stratton. Throughout his career, Rick has managed all facets of OEM floorplan relationships, working with a wide range of financial institutions, including Nations Bank, Bank of America, Textron Financial, TCF Inventory Finance, Wells Fargo CDF, Northpoint Commercial Finance, and Huntington Distribution Finance.

In addition to his finance expertise, Rick has also held positions in IT and sales administration, giving him a well-rounded operational perspective.

Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. He is also a graduate of the Strategic Leadership Program at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
