Red Oak engages with customers on social media platforms such as LinkedIn®.
- Any content you post on official Red Oak managed social media pages, such as pictures, information, opinions or any Personal Information that you make available to other participants on these social platforms, is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of those respective platforms.
- When interacting with official Red Oak social media pages, Red Oak’s privacy notices and other guidelines may apply to Red Oak’s content or comments you may make.
We may allow social share buttons on our sites that enable users to easily share information on social media platforms. The non-affiliated third parties that own these widgets may have access to information about your browsing on pages of our Sites and Mobile Apps where these widgets are placed. We may disclose Personal Information that you have authorized the Company to share if you have enabled features or functionality that connect the services to a third-party vendor or social media network (such as by logging in to the services using your account with the third-party, providing your application programming interface (API) key or similar access token for the services to a third-party, or otherwise linking your account with the services to a third-party’s services). For Personal Information collected by cookies, pixels, and/or website tracking technologies, you can request that we not share your Personal Information for cross context behavioral advertising purposes by utilizing an opt-out preference signal (“OOPS”) such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. OOPS are signals sent by a platform, technology, or mechanism, enabled by individuals on their devices or browsers, that communicate the individual’s choice to opt-out of Sharing and/or Targeted Advertising. Requests to access, correct, and delete can be submitted by emailing us at privacy@redoakinventoryfinance.com. In order to identify you within our systems, you may need to provide your first name, last name, email, and state residence. We may request additional information if we have trouble finding you in our systems. We may also deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations.
