Debra Burney is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience in inventory finance. Her expertise lies in portfolio management and risk mitigation strategies, and she is known for her ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

She embarked on her career at Bank of America in an Account Management capacity. Her journey led her to Textron Financial Corporation, where she led the operations team for the private label Briggs & Stratton lawn & garden portfolio that consisted of nearly 3,000 independent dealers.

In 2012, Debra made a significant transition to Northpoint Commercial Finance, where her expertise was pivotal in launching the business as one of the founding members. In 2017, she joined Yamaha Financial Services, assuming leadership of the operations team as the global manufacturer took charge of their substantial U.S. portfolio.

Debra demonstrates an exceptional ability to recognize and cultivate talent, while also building cohesive, high-performing teams. As Portfolio Manager, she utilizes her extensive experience to excel in driving efficiency, enhancing risk mitigation, and team development, consistently establishing new standards of excellence.
