Regional Business Development Manager

Alicia Flesor brings over two decades of experience in mortgage and inventory floorplan financing. Her career began at GE/Wells Fargo CDF, where she gained foundational expertise in underwriting, sales (both inside and outside), and OEM relationship management. This experience has shaped her customer-first approach and deep understanding of tailored financial solutions.

Alicia has worked across a broad range of industries, including trailers, spas, generators, lawn and garden equipment, agricultural machinery, and snow products. At Red Oak, she leads field sales across the Midwest, specializing in the RV, marine, and trailer sectors. Her extensive industry knowledge and commitment to delivering personalized service help her build lasting relationships and drive results.

Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Illinois State University and an MBA from Roosevelt University.
