Doug Peterson is a Regional Business Development Manager with more than 25 years of experience supporting, leading, and collaborating with RV, marine, and trailer dealerships nationwide.

Prior to joining Red Oak Inventory Finance, Doug worked at Brown & Brown Dealer Services as a trusted advisor to dealerships, supporting their commercial insurance needs and helping grow F&I revenue. He also worked at Ally Bank, providing indirect lending options to dealerships, and has held dealership leadership roles, including General Manager and Finance Director.

This diverse background gives Doug broad operational knowledge across dealership functions, which he carries into his role at Red Oak. He serves as a trusted advisor focused on helping dealerships achieve long-term success.

Known for building strong relationships and strategic alliances, Doug brings a partnership-driven approach to business growth. Outside of work, he values time with family and enjoys lake life and golf.
