Debra Evans brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial finance, with deep expertise in credit underwriting, portfolio management, risk assessment, and special assets. Throughout her career, she has managed complex commercial lending transactions, led underwriting teams, and supported floorplan finance programs across a diverse range of industries.

As Vice President, Credit at Red Oak Inventory Finance, Debra supports the company’s underwriting efforts and helps shape its overall credit strategy. Prior to joining Red Oak, she served as Senior Credit Manager at Northpoint Commercial Finance, where she played an integral role in underwriting and credit decisioning for dealer and manufacturer portfolios. Earlier in her career, Debra held credit and finance leadership positions with Textron Financial, Conseco Finance, and Transamerica Commercial Finance.

Debra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ohio University and holds a Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State University.
