Dave is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, with extensive expertise across credit, operations, and sales. He began his career at ITT Commercial Finance as a field auditor and later became an Account Executive, specializing in the marine industry.

Dave later transitioned to the manufacturing side of lending, joining Champion Home Builders, one of the nation’s largest manufactured home builders, as Director of Credit. Over 20 years at Champion, he grew teams, increased profitability, and maintained exceptional credit quality and performance.

Following his time at Champion, Dave joined Triad Financial Services as Chief Credit Officer, where he served for four years before joining Red Oak. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for innovative solutions, effective problem-solving, process improvement, and team-building.

Dave earned a BS in Finance from Oakland University. After spending more than 50 years in Michigan, he currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
